A public informational meeting is scheduled for June 26, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Greene Town Hall, located at 51 Genesee Street, Greene, NY. This site is handicap accessible.

The applicant, Oneida Bay Marina,proposes to re-establish and expand an existing marina (Captain's Cove). The proposed project includes additional shoreline stabilization bulkhead/riprap, dredging and establishment of a breakwater. The breakwater structure is meant to replace a natural jetty that previously protected the marina but has been washed away by recent storm events. The project is located on the south shore of Oneida Lake at the intersection of Lakeshore Road and South Bay Road.
