Negative Declaration
Onondaga County - The Town of Marcellus, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Limeledge (Marecellus) Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 59,620 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances, construction of a 500,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, and pumping improvements. The project is located at NYS Route 174, Lawrence Road, Old Seneca Turnpike, Gypsy Road, New Seneca Turnpike, Northwest Town Line Road, Glover Road, Limeledge Road, Deer Path Road, Deer Path Circle, Browsing Lane, Bishop Hill Road, Masters Road and Stump Road in the Town of Marcellus.
