Location: Town of Greig, Lewis County, on or near Cottage Road with shoreline on Lily Pond. The tax map number of the property site is Town of Greig: Section 277.15 Block 2 Parcel 14.

Project Description: The construction of a 3 foot wide by 215 foot long boardwalk, extending into Lily Pond and elevated 2 feet above the surface level of the wetlands in the pond. An 8 by 8 foot dock will also be built at the end of the boardwalk. The proposed boardwalk requires a variance from the APA Act §806 shoreline setback requirements and also requires Agency approval as regulated wetland activity.
