The applicant proposes to construct a 40 foot by 60 foot livestock barn in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland SY-17, a class II, 17 acre wetland. The barn will be 15 feet from the wetland at it's closest point and will reside totally within the regulated adjacent area. There will be no disturbance to the actuall wetland.

The applicant proposes to armour 100 feet of stream bank on Sauquoit Creek, a standards C(T) watercourse. The project will improve the viability of the existing fishing deck as well as stabilize the eroding bank. Large rip-rap will be placed on the bank after it is sloped to a 1 foot vertical rise in 2 feet horizontal.
