Negative Declaration
Ontario County - The Town of Geneva Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed High Acres @ Seneca Lake Senior Housing Community will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The applicant seeks to have 50± acres on Snell Road designated as a Planned Unit Development District to construct a senior housing community, consisting of independent living apartments and cottages and enriched living apartments, to be known as High Acres @ Seneca Lake. The project is located on Snell Road, Town of Geneva, Ontario County.
