Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow the use of the Stillwater Boat Launch for the temporary mooring of a barge for the purpose of loading and unloading goods, materials, vehicles, and equipment for transportation to and from the Hamlet of Beaver River. The barge will only occupy the boat launch area during times of active loading or unloading. No reasonable alternative exists for this activity. This permit would be effective throughout the summer and would expire November 30th, 2007. Comments will be accepted until June 13th, 2007.

Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow annual, scheduled , cycle maintenance tree pruning along selected electric distribution lines abutting, crossing and/or intersecting DEC managed lands. No trees will be cut. This permit is for pruning only. Comments will be accepted until June 13, 2007.

Jefferson County - The Town of Pamelia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District #9 and Sewer District #7 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of Water District #9 and Sewer District #7. The project encompasses American Communities Willowbrook Golf Community, the Former Joe Gerstenschlager property, and the Robert Dorr property, all on RT 37 in the Town of Pamelia.
