The applicant proposes to construct a 1060 square foot addition and a 320 square foot terrace onto an existing residence within the regulated Adjacent Area (AA) of NYS Freshwater Wetland K-22. Stormwater dry-wells and a level spreader are proposed in the AA, as is the removal of an existing shed and the extension of the existing stone wall to the property line. Approximately 15 feet of AA behind the wall will be allowed to revegetate.
