Negative Declaration
Albany County - The Village Board of the Village of Altamont, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed adoption of the Village of Altamont Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Village of Altamont Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 7-7222 of Village Law. The Plan includes statements of goals and objectives for the orderly growth of the Village. The project includes the entire acreage located within the municipal boundary of the Village of Altamont, NY.
