Conditioned Negative Declaration

Ulster County County - The Kingston Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lloyd Park Commons will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves a 26 unit development. The project is located on Hurley Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Orange County - The Town of Goshen Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Heritage Estates Subdivision. The action consists of an application to the Town of Goshen Planning Board for approval of an open space residential subdivision proposing to develop 87 single-family detached homes in a neighborhood cluster serviced by central sewer and water and five large estate lots serviced by individual wells and septic systems. The project is located on the east side of Old Chester Road, to the north of Knoell Road and south of incorporated Village of Goshen, in the Town of Goshen, Orange County, NY.
