Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Nassau County - The Village of Roslyn Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Roslyn Landing. The action involves development of 80 residential units on the site, including townhouse units and flats, and 255 associated parking spaces provided in garages, driveways, off-street and on-street. The project is located in Nassau County, New York in the Village of Roslyn.
