A cultural resources survey has been completed. Based on information provided in the survey report, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) has determined that the proposed activity will have no impact on registered or eligible archaeological sites or historic structures. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.Coastal Management:

The NYSDOT proposes to reconstruct State Route 104 from Scriba to New Haven which would impact approximately 0.79 acres of state wetland and 5.46 acres of the protected adjacent area of 6 different wetlands. Federal wetland impacts result in compensatory mitigation of 3.2 acres to replace the lost wetland functions along Route 104. The application and project plans are available for review in the Syracuse Office.
