Negative Declaration
Erie County - The Evans Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Upstate Cellular Network d/b/a Verizon Wireless will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 125-foot (expandable to 145 feet) monopole, an 11' by 30' radio equipment shelter with a 50' by 72' fenced compound and associated improvements for a proposed Verizon Wireless telecommunications facility. The project is located at 6929 Erie Road, Derby, New York Town of Evans, County of Erie.
