Negative Declaration
Monroe County - The Town of Chili Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Metalico Rochester Shredder Installation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a shredder, non-ferrous metal separation area and other ancillary structures to support these. As part of this project, Metalico Rochester will be installing a new stormwater management system for the site and, in phased steps over a two year period, pavement within most of its facility operating area. The project is located at 1511, 1515, and 1525 Scottsville Road, Town of Scottsville, Monroe County, NY.

Monroe County - The Director of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan approval, rezoning, area variance, site preparation permit, demolition permit, stream disturbance permit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves constructing three four-story apartment buildings and two three-story apartment buildings containing a total of 400 bedrooms (120 2 and 4 bedroom apts.), with 300 parking spaces. The project is located at 1218-1300 S. Plymouth Avenue, Rochester, NY.
