NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING
The hearing on the application of 682 DUNE ROAD, LLC, for permits from the NYS DEC (DEC Application No. 1-4736-04543/00001) has been adjourned without a future date, at the request of the Applicant. The hearing had originally been scheduled for June 14, 2000, as discussed in the notice of hearing which was published in the Department's Environmental Notice Bulletin on May 3, 2000. The application is for a Tidal Wetlands permit, a Protection of Water permit, and Water Quality Certification.
