NYS Thruway (I-87) to Exit 23 (Albany)
- Right on Route 9W South (follow for approximately one mile)
- Bear right on Route 32 South (Delmar By-Pass) - follow for approx 3 miles
- At intersection with Elm Avenue (a Park and Ride is straight ahead)
- Turn right on Elm and continue to next traffic light
- (Intersection of Elm and Delaware Ave, Rt. 443).
- Turn left on Delaware Avenue.
- Follow Delaware Avenue approximately 1.2 miles (Past Bethlehem Central H.S.)
- Turn right on Orchard Street ("Five Rivers Complex" sign on corner)
- Follow Orchard Street .4 mile to first left, Game Farm Road.
- Turn left on Game Farm Road (Five Rivers sign on corner)
- Five Rivers Center is located on Game Farm Road (0.2 mile)

- Route 9W north to intersection of Route 32
- Turn left on Route 32 (South)
- Continue to intersection with Elm Avenue (Approximately 3-4 miles)

NORTH
Major Highways (i.e. Northway-Rt. 87)
From points North: i.e. Clifton Park, Ballston Spa, Saratoga Springs
- Adirondack Northway (Rt. 87) South to Exit 1 and Interstate 90 (East)
- East on I-90 to Exit 4 (Rt. 85 - Slingerlands)
- Follow Route 85 South (Slingerlands By-Pass)
- Go through 3 roundabouts going halfway around. Continuing on 85 south, at
- 4th roundabout (with Price chopper on left)
- Go halfway around onto Cherry Ave. Ext. (140 East).
- At next Next light stay straight as it turns into Cherry Ave. (Rt. 52)
- At next traffic light turn right onto Delaware Avenue. (Rt. 443)

- NYS Thruway (90) East to Exit 24 and Continue east on I-90 to Exit 4 (Rt. 85)
- Follow Route 85 South (Slingerlands By-Pass) go through 3 roundabouts going halfway around.
- Continuing on 85 south, at 4th roundabout

- At End of 155 enter roundabout going ¾ way around onto RT 85A
- Continue on Rt. 85A (1.8 miles) to "T" intersection of Rt. 85A and
- New Scotland Road (Rt. 85)
- Turn right at light on New Scotland Road (Rt. 85)
- Follow Route 85 for .3 mile to first left, New Scotland South Road (County Route 308)
- Follow New Scotland South Road 1.8 miles.
- Turn left on Game Farm Road (a Niagara Mohawk Sub-Station is on the corner of New Scotland South Road and Game Farm Road.)
- Five Rivers is located approximately one mile down Game Farm Road.
From Schenectady: i.e. Niskayuna, Colonie (Central Avenue)
- Route 5 (Central Avenue) east to intersection with Route 155
- Right on Route 155 (south) toward Voorheesville
- At End of 155 enter roundabout going ¾ way around onto RT 85A
- Continue on Rt. 85A (1.8 miles) to "T" intersection of Rt. 85A and
- New Scotland Road (Rt. 85) Turn right at light on New Scotland Road (Rt. 85)
- Follow Route 85 for .3 mile to first left, New Scotland South Rd (Route 308)
- Follow New Scotland South Road 1.8 miles.

EAST

- Continuing on 85 south, at 4th roundabout (with Price Chopper on left)
- Again go halfway around going onto Cherry Ave. EXT (140 east).
- Continue on Cherry Avenue to next traffic light.
- Stay straight as it turns into Cherry Ave. (Rt. 52) then at next traffic light Turn right onto Delaware Avenue. (Rt. 443)

From Rensselaer, Troy (Route 787), East Greenbush
- Take Route 787 south to the end
- Turn right on Route 9W (follow for approximately one mile)
- Bear right on Route 32 South (Delmar by-pass) - follow for approx. 3 miles.
- At intersection of Rt. 32 and Elm Avenue, turn right on Elm and continue
- To intersection of Elm Avenue and Delaware Avenue (Rt. 443)
- Turn left on Delaware Avenue
