Types of WET Workshops
Workshops are available on two levels:
Educator Training:
Duration 3 to 6 hours
Workshop attendees participate in several hands-on activities, both indoors and out. In addition to the Curriculum Guide they receive state-specific water resource information and access to water education materials.
Facilitator Training:
Duration 6 to 8 hours
Workshops are designed to certify WET-trained educators as facilitators. The facilitators then conduct Project WET workshops for their peers in the community. Facilitator Workshops for educators committed to teaching educators, are scheduled and conducted by Regional WET coordinators upon request.
