Forms for Attending Camp
Registration
- All applications will be accepted starting with a postmark date of January 28, 2012
- There will be no staggered registration dates for sponsors and parents in 2012
Applications that we receive before these dates will be returned!

Please fill out the application on your computer, print it out and send it to us with your payment.
Forms
Camper packets will be mailed out in May 2012. The packets will contain all the necessary forms for attending camps. When they become available the extra forms will be posted below. All forms must be filled out and brought with you to camp. A camper with incomplete forms may not be able to stay at camp.
Listserve
We have created a listserve to update campers, parents and sponsors. Please sign up for the listserve in order to receive periodic emails from camp staff.
