Meander in the Woods

Attendees at Friends of Reinstein Nature Preserve's spring fundraiser will enjoy a delicious barbecue catered by Kentucky Greg's while listening to live music by the Pointless Brothers, as well as a dessert trail featuring wild edibles. Basket and side-raffles round out the event. Tickets are $30.00, and may be purchased at the Education Center or by mail using the ticket order form (PDF, 144 KB). Friends of Reinstein Nature Preserve, in cooperation with DEC, is excited to offer summer day camps for kids. These week-long adventures will include nature hikes, pond explorations, crafts, games, and more! Nature's Gathering: An Evening of Art, Wine and Cheese

Board of Directors and Committee Meetings
Friends of Reinstein Nature Preserve's Board of Directors meets at the Reinstein Woods Environmental Education Center, typically on the third Thursday of the month. All Friends of Reinstein members are welcome to attend. Additionally, there are several standing committees that meet on a regular basis, including fundraising, membership, finance and marketing committees. If you are interested in volunteering for a Friends of Reinstein committee, please call 716-683-5959.
