DEC Registered 6 NYCRR Part 232 Dry Cleaner Inspectors
New York State's Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaning Facilities regulation, Part 232, requires annual compliance inspections at Perc dry cleaning facilities.
Such inspections must be performed by a Registered Compliance Inspector (RCI) approved by NYSDEC, or by an individual working under the direct supervision of a Registered Compliance Inspector. The table that follows lists current RCIs. Shop owners must contact the RCI directly to schedule their inspections.
