1999 PRL Annual Report
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) released the finalized 1999 data collected under the State's Pesticide Reporting Law. The preliminary 1999 Annual Report released on July 1, 2000 contained only partial pesticide use and sales data for 1999. The final 1999 Annual Report contains a complete record of pesticide use and sales data for the year and has been quality checked and reviewed for accuracy by DEC and Cornell University.
Please note: Although the Department and Cornell have gone to great lengths to assure the quality of the data, there are still concerns regarding the quality of the data received from the regulated community. Users of the data should review Section III.D., Data Qualifications, prior to use.
