2001 PRL Annual Report
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) released the finalized 2001 data collected under the State's Pesticide Reporting Law. The final 2001 Annual Report contains a complete record of pesticide use and sales data for the year and has been quality checked and reviewed for accuracy by NYSDEC and Cornell University.
Please note: Although the Department and Cornell have gone to great lengths to ensure the quality of the data, there are still concerns regarding the quality of the data received from the regulated community. Users of the data should review Section III.D., Data Qualifications, prior to use. In addition, the Department and Cornell attempt to provide the users with the best data available and, therefore, occasional revisions to the data are required.
