Mandatory Annual Report for Vehicle Dismantlers
By March 1 of each year, all facilities that dismantle vehicles for parts or resell vehicles for scrap and that in the course of such operations remove vehicle fluids and waste components must file a Mandatory Annual Report Including Self-Certification for Vehicle Dismantling Facilities (PDF, 183kb, 14 pages) with this Department. A copy of the report must also be maintained at the facility.
