Mandatory Annual Report for Vehicle Dismantlers
By March 4 of 2013, all facilities that dismantle vehicles for parts or resell vehicles for scrap and that in the course of such operations remove vehicle fluids and waste components must file a 2012 Mandatory Annual Report Including Self-Certification for Vehicle Dismantling Facilities (PDF, 200 KB, 14 pages) with this Department. A copy of the report must also be maintained at the facility.
