The Federal Hazardous Waste Management Program is continually modified to incorporate technical changes for managing hazardous wastes. Therefore, New York's hazardous waste regulations must be updated to reflect the changes in this evolving program. New York State's hazardous waste management regulations are updated approximately every two to three years. You can find the hazardous waste management regulations in 6 NYCRR Parts 370, 371, 372, 373, 374 and 376 (the Part 370 series).
