Enhanced I/M Program - Biennial Program Evaluation Reports
States subject to mandatory I/M programs (including New York) are required by 40 CFR Part 51.353 to submit biennial program evaluation reports. These ongoing evaluations quantify the emission reduction benefits of the I/M program, and determine if the program is meeting federal requirements.
The Executive Summary for each report is posted online. Entire reports are available in downloadable PDF format.
