Enhanced I/M Program - EPA Annual Reports
States subject to mandatory I/M programs (including New York) are required to submit annual reports to the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The "EPA Annual Report" includes summaries of emission inspection data, quality assurance/quality control measures, and program enforcement as prescribed by 40 CFR Part 51.366. Additional reporting requirements related to program changes and any observed weaknesses are required biennially.
The Executive Summary for each report is posted online. Entire reports are available in downloadable PDF format.
