Annual Performance Report
As a member of NYEL, you are required to submit an Annual Performance Report (APR) each year so that the Department can track your progress during your enrollment period. The deadline to submit your APR each year is March 1st. APRs are required of both leadership and entry tier members.
Interactive versions of the Leadership Tier APR (PDF) (265 kB) and Entry Tier APR (PDF) (118 kB) are available for download.
Completed reports can be sent to John Vana, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Environmental Permits, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12233-1750 or electronically by email to jmvana@gw.dec.state.ny.us.
NYEL Renewal Application
Every three years, leadership tier members must renew their NYEL membership. NYEL Renewal Applications are due on May 1st. You will be notified by Department staff when your membership is up for renewal.
For leadership tier members, you can use the NYEL Leadership Tier Application when renewing your membership. An interactive version of the NYEL Leadership Tier Application (PDF) (223 kB) is available for download.
Entry tier members are expected to transition into the leadership tier and are not eligible for renewal. Therefore, there is no renewal application form for the entry tier. As soon as entry tier members meet the requirements of the leadership tier, they should complete a NYEL Leadership Tier Application to be considered for membership in this tier.
Completed applications can be sent to John Vana, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Environmental Permits, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY 12233-1750 or electronically by email to jmvana@gw.dec.state.ny.us.
