Electronic Reporting

Electronic reporting of emissions data through the Air Compliance and Emissions (ACE) Electronic Reporting is highly recommended. ACE is a secure web-based electronic data transfer program used by the Department's Division of Air Resources to receive emissions inventory reports from Title V facilities.

New York State regulations do not currently require electronic reporting; however, there are benefits to using ACE that are worth consideration such as:

  • accessing previous years' data to populate current reports
  • obtaining previous years' reports
  • printing reports to mail to the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA)

The air pollutants listed are:

  • CO - Carbon Monoxide
  • CO2 - Carbon Dioxide (2011 and beyond)
  • HAPs - Hazardous Air Pollutants
  • NOx - Nitrogen Oxides
