Water Withdrawal Program
Permit Application Forms for Water Withdrawal - For Permits/Determinations to undertake activities affecting streams, waterways, waterbodies, wetlands, coastal areas and sources of water supply.
Water Withdrawal Permits for Non-Agricultural Facilities - Information regarding permitting of water withdrawals for non-agricultural water withdrawals.
Water Withdrawals for Agricultural Facilities - Depending on several factors, agricultural facilities may be required to register, obtain permits, and/or report water withdrawals annually.
Water Withdrawal Reporting - Additional information and Forms. Under ECL Article 15 Title 33, withdrawers of over 100,000 gallons of water per day must file an annual report to the NYS DEC. These annual reports are due on February 1st of the following year.
