Background Information
The MS4 permit requires MS4s to submit approvable retrofit plans and scheduled. The center for Watershed Protection has published guidance on retrofit projects entitled "Urban Stormwater Retrofit Projects," which can be used as a resource to prepare such plans and schedules.
