| Indoor Air Monitoring will be based on the results of the Soil Vapor Survey and performed to evaluate potential human exposure to contaminants known to occur in a dissolved ground water plume. |

| Subsurface Drilling Program to evaluate the distribution of contaminants, ground water quality, and ground water flow patterns. |

| Ground Water Monitoring Program to evaluate subsurface properties, contaminant transport mechanisms, and possible remedial alternatives. |

| Follow-Up Indoor Air Monitoring to confirm the results of the initial indoor air sampling event completed in April of 2005. |

| Underground Utility Evaluation to assess the potential for preferential migration of contaminants along underground utilities (e.g. storm water and sanitary sewer utilities). The need for this investigation component will be based on the results of ground water sampling. |
