RCRA Reporting Training
RCRA Annual Hazardous Waste Reporting Sponsored by the Division of Solid & Hazardous Materials, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
The NYSDEC has prepared training materials on RCRA Annual Hazardous Waste Reporting and is currently in the process of updating this material and expect it to be ready by November 2009. Staff are also in the process of preparing webinar training in January 2010 and will post further information on this as soon as it becomes available.
This training includes the proper completion of the hazardous waste annual reporting forms and ways to prepare your business for easier reporting in future years. In addition, electronic reporting, TP550 Superfund Tax forms, and the criteria for the two hazardous waste regulatory fee programs will be discussed.
