2007 RCRA Reporting Training

Free Training on Annual Reporting Sponsored by the Division of Solid & Hazardous Materials, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation

The NYSDEC will conduct RCRA Annual Reporting Training on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 from 9am to noon at the Holiday Inn Turf, 205 Wolf Road, Albany, New York, 12205, ph.(518) 458-7250.

This training session is being provided for those who were unable to make the previous sessions held in October and November 2007. It will center around the proper completion of the hazardous waste annual reporting forms and ways to prepare your business for easier reporting in future years. In addition, electronic reporting, TP550 Superfund Tax forms, and the criteria for the two hazardous waste regulatory fee programs will be discussed.

Additionally, Division of Solid & Hazardous Materials staff will be available to answer specific Manifest questions. Although this training will not focus on the new Manifest form, questions will be welcome.
