6:00 PM Habitat Management Plan for Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area https://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/57340.html Contact Region 7 WildlifeR7Wildlife@dec.ny.gov DEC will host an open house to provide information on a recently finalized habitat management plan for Three Rivers Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in the Town of Lysander, Onondaga County.
Come join us Tuesday, May 22 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. to learn about the goals of the plan and future management at this WMA. The meeting will include a presentation and time for questions. The open house will begin at 6:00 and the presentation at 6:30. The plan can be viewed at https://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/57340.html.

Onondaga Escarpment Unique Area , East Otto State Forest and Zoar Valley Multiple Use and Unique Area are included in the Niagara Frontier Unit.

Come celebrate the dawn chorus as we monitor the progression of spring bird migration. These outdoor surveys begin at 7:30 AM. Meet at the bird-viewing window in the visitor center. After a brief introduction, we’ll head out on the trails. Beginners are always welcome. Binoculars are helpful but not necessary. In case of inclement weather, these programs will be canceled.
