DEC invites public comment about a draft work plan to investigate the Ludlow Commons Site, within New York's Brownfield Cleanup Program. The site is located at 7 Ludlow Street, Yonkers, Westchester County. Comments regarding the draft investigation work plan must be submitted no later than December 8, 2013.

 Proposed Remedies for Sawmill Place Remediation Sites Comment Period Ends

DEC invites public comment about proposed remedies that incorporate institutional controls and site management related to the Sawmill Place Remediation Areas A, B, and C, within New York's Brownfield Cleanup Program. The sites are located at 10 Sawmill Place, Wallkill, Ulster County. Comments regarding the proposals must be submitted no later than December 8, 2013.
