DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan for a site known as Betlem, site ID #C915348. This site is located in the Town of Hamburg in Erie County and is located at 250 Lake Avenue. Public comments about the application and draft work plan must be submitted by August 9, 2019.
