DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application for a site known as 1001 East Delavan Avenue, site ID #C915196B. This site is located in the City of Buffalo, within Erie County, at 1001 East Delavan Avenue. Public comments about the application must be submitted by November 10, 2017.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is extending the public comment period on the draft amendment to the 5 Mile Conservation Easement Interim Recreation Management Plan and the conservation easement portion of the Raquette Boreal Wild Forest Unit Management Plan (UMP).

The draft amendment plan can be found on the DEC website .

The public can submit comments to the contact listed above.  Public comment on the draft amendment plan will be accepted through November 10, 2017.

DEC invites public comment about draft Decision Documents regarding former Manufactured Gas Plant Sites located in Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town, Manhattan. Public comments about the draft Decision Documents will be accepted through November 10, 2017.
