DEC invites the public to comment about a draft plan to investigate contamination related to the Former Ludlow Street Works, site ID #C360158 (Yonkers, Westchester County), within New York's Brownfield Cleanup Program. Public comments about the draft plan will be accepted through April 16, 2020.
