DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application for a site known as Centre Avenue Development - South, site ID #C360182. This site is located in the City of New Rochelle, within the County of Westchester, and is located at 33 Centre Avenue. Public comments about the application must be submitted by March 8, 2019.

This site is located in the Village of Roslyn in the Town of North Hempstead, within the County of Nassau, and is located at 281-301 Warner Ave. Public comments about the application must be submitted by March 8, 2019.

DEC invites the public to comment about a proposed remedy to address contamination at the Robert Moses Parkway South Site (Niagara Falls, Niagara Co.), within New York's State Superfund Program. Public comments about the proposal will be accepted through March 8, 2019.

DEC also has scheduled a public meeting: February 26, 2019 at 6:00 PM at De Veaux Woods State Park Office Building, Room 104, 3180 De Veaux Woods Drive East, Niagara Falls, NY 14305
