DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan for a site known as 3678 Southwestern, site ID #C915342. This site is located in the Town of Orchard Park, within the County of Erie, and is located at 3678 Southwestern Boulevard. Public comments about the application and draft work plan must be submitted by February 8, 2019.
