The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Petition for the reclassification of the Loohns Corning site (#851028), from a Class 2 to a Class 4 on the New York State Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. The site is located at 37 East Pulteney Street in the City of Corning, New York. 

Additional information about this site can be found via a Remedial Site Database Search on DEC's website.

Written public comments on the proposed reclassification must be submitted by April 18, 2018 to the contact listed above.
