Comment Deadline Announcement: NYSDEC invites persons having an interest in providing written statements on applications accepted by the DEC for the Sealand Waste, LLC project located at 309 Dodge Road, in the Town of Carroll, Chautauqua County, (Facility name: Carroll C&D Management Facility). Comments should be provided to the NYSDEC no later than Monday, February 12, 2018.

Written comments can be provided to the NYSDEC using one of the following methods:

A Public Hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Frewsburg Middle/High School Auditorium, located at 26 Institute Street, Frewsburg, NY, at 6:00 p.m. to accept oral statements on this project.

Note that the events at environmental education centers will only display in the region in which they are located, even though they serve residents from adjacent areas.
