A joint meeting of the NYS Invasive Species Council and Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Peebles Island State Park Visitor Center, located at 1 Delaware Ave No., Cohoes, NY 12047.

NYSDEC will hold a public hearing on permit applications received for the Sealand Waste, LLC proposed project located at 309 Dodge Road in Frewsburg, NY 14738.  The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the following meeting location:

Frewsburg Middle/High School Auditorium
26 Institute Street
Frewsburg, NY

Any person interested in making a comment is encouraged to attend the public hearing on February 7, 2018.
Written statements can be submitted by mail to the attention of: Charles Cranston, NYSDEC Environmental Permits, 182 East Union, Suite 3, Allegany, NY 14706-1328 or by E-mail to R9DEP@dec.ny.gov  Deadline for written comments is Monday, February 12, 2018.
