The Department is proposing to repeal and replace existing Part 232, entitled: "Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaning Facilities," of Title 6 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulation of the State of New York (6 NYCRR).

Hearing for the proposed rule and attendant revisions to existing rules will be held as follows and is scheduled in a place that is reasonably accessible to persons with impaired mobility:
