Each summer, in partnership with DEC, the Friends of Five Rivers offers outdoor programs to help parents and children grow in their understanding and appreciation of the natural world through shared activities. “Summer Days Together” is a five-day program for children ages 9-12, and runs July 14 through 18. Each day's activities will involve the adult and child exploring together in the natural world. Journals will be kept by all participants. Activities will include animals, plants, water studies, orienteering and geocaching. Friday will be spent by and in the water.

A parent or caregiver must participate with the child(ren). Go to the Friends of Five Rivers web page for complete information, including a registration form.

Fee for one adult plus one child is $55 for members of the Friends of Five Rivers, $65 for non-members. $10 for each additional registered child.
