DEC invites public comment about "no further action" being proposed for the 1201 East Dominick Street Site (Rome), within New York's Environmental Restoration Program. Comments about the proposal will be accepted through March 24, 2014.

A public meeting also will be held: March 18, 2014 at 6:30pm at Rome City Hall, 198 N. Washington St., Common Council Chambers, Rome, NY.

DEC invites public comment about proposed cleanup activities to address contamination related to the Mill Neck Marina Site (Oyster Bay, Nassau Co.), within New York's State Superfund Program. Comments about the proposal will be accepted through March 24, 2014.

A public meeting about the proposal alaso will be held: March 3, 2014 at 7pm at the Locust Valley Library, 170 Buckram Road, Locust Valley, NY 11560.

A public meeting about the proposal also will be held: March 11, 2014 at 7:00pm at the Farmingdale Village Hall, 361 Main Street, Farmingdale, NY.

Public Meeting Location: Middletown City Hall, 16 James Street, Middletown, NY.

The public is invited to the meeting to learn about the amended remedy being proposed by DEC to address contamination related to the Lubricant Packaging Co. Site (Middletown, Orange Co.), within New York's State Superfund Program. Public comments also are welcome at the meeting, and during a public comment period that runs through March 29, 2014.
