DEC invites public comment about a proposed remedy to address contamination related to the 1318 Niagara Street Site (Buffalo), within New York's Environmental Restoration Program. Comments about the cleanup proposal will be accepted through March 20, 2014.

A public meeting about the cleanup proposal also will be held: February 12, 2014 at 6:15pm at the Niagara Branch Library--Meeting Room, 280 Porter Ave., Buffalo, NY 14201.

DEC invites public comment about proposed cleanup activities to address contamination related to the C and F Plating Site (Albany, Albany Co.), within New York's State Superfund Program. Comments about the proposal will be accepted through March 20, 2014.

A public meeting about the proposal also will be held: Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 7pm at the DEC Headquarters, Room 129A, 625 Broadway, Albany, NY.
