DEC invites public comment about proposed cleanup activities to address contamination related to the Dennison Monarch Systems Facility (New Windsor, Orange County), within New York's Voluntary Cleanup Program. Comments about the proposal will be accepted through March 6, 2014.

The public is invited to the meeting to learn about the remedy being proposed by DEC to address contamination related to the C and F Plating Site (Albany, Albany Co.), within New York's State Superfund Program. Public comments also are welcome at the meeting, and during a comment period that runs through March 20, 2014.
