DEC invites public comment about proposed expedited activities to address contamination at part of the IBM-Kingston Site (Kingston), under New York's State Superfund Program. Comments about the proposal will be accepted through February 27, 2014.

Public Meeting Location: Mechanicville Senior Center, 178 North Main Street, Mechanicville, NY.

The public is invited to the meeting to learn about a proposal for "no further action" in relation to the Mechanicville Coons Crossing Deposit Site (Stillwater, Saratoga Co.), within New York's Manufactured Gas Plant Program. Public comments also are welcome at the meeting, and during a public comment period that runs through March 14, 2014.

Public Meeting Location: James Harmon Community Center, 44 Main Street, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706.

The public is invited to this discussion about cleanup activities at the Harbor at Hastings Site (Hastings-on-Hudson, Westchester Co.), within New York's State Superfund Program. The public is encouraged during the session to ask questions and discuss the upcoming site activities.
