DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and an Interim Remedial Measures Work Plan from VHS 239, LLC for a site known as the Former Getty Service Station, site ID #C231086. This site is located in the City of New York, County of New York, and is located at 239 10th Avenue. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than December 13, 2013. DEC invites public comment about a proposed "no further action" remedy for the 348 Langner Road Site, being addressed within New York's Brownfield Cleanup Program. The site is located at 348 Langner Road, West Seneca, Erie County. Comments regarding the "no further action" proposal must be submitted no later than December 13, 2013.
