DEC and the Upper Susquehanna Coalition will be conducting two free (4) four hour Post-Flood Emergency Stream Intervention training sessions for municipal officials, municipal equipment operators, and other interested entities. Sign up early to attend one of these free sessions:

This webinar will launch the Climate Smart Communities Land-Use Toolkit and will include information on NYSERDA funds available to help local governments streamline their permitting process for EV charging.

DEC has drafted proposed changes to 6 NYCRR Part 575 Prohibited and Regulated Invasive Species regulation. The public comment period ends December 23. Several hearings are scheduled throughout NYS to also allow the public to provide comments.
