NYS staff will hold a staff availability session for NYS stakeholders, on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 beginning at 1:30 p.m., to present the results of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) 2012 program review, including the updated model rule and accompanying recommendations, and the regulatory process NYS will use to update its CO2 budget trading program. The availability session will be held at Department of Environmental Conservation headquarters, 625 Broadway, Albany (directions at http://www.dec.ny.gov/about/244.html), Conference Room 129. Stakeholders may participate via webinar and/or telephone. Webinar participants must use the telephone call-in number; no audio signal will be transmitted over the Internet.
